I was recently able to reconnect with some Coreluv staff and advocates when one of our Haitian staff members came to the US for the first time. We met up for some pizza and soccer and had a great time! Since then I was able to start volunteering with them again and my first event back was at Fine Arts at the Braeswood Church on Saturday.
I got connected with Coreluv and went on my first mission trip to Haiti September 2014. My life was forever changed. Trips are a huge part of defending the orphan with Coreluv but we do a lot of work stateside as well. Not everyone can go on a mission trip but there are things you can do for the orphan in your community. One of the things we do as advocates is to go to different events and churches to share our mission of defending the 153,000,000 orphans in this world.
I had a great time hanging out with other advocates and sharing Coreluv’s mission with people that visited our table. Here are some pictures from the event!
Please check out www.coreluv.org for more information on the amazing things that Coreluv is doing for the orphans of the world! This organization has my heart and I can’t wait to get back to Haiti (date TBD)!
